In strict accordance with SOP-AGREE-003, all deployment contracts utilize a structured milestone pipeline alongside clear, predictable acreage-based mapping rates.
The 3-Phase Milestone Pipeline Matrix
To secure flight windows, maintain crew readiness, and protect high-value operational outputs, project financials are structured into an enforced 30% / 40% / 30% split.

⚠️ Data Release & Rescheduling: Raw imagery and processed deliverables are released after Phase 3 payment clears. If weather or safety requires an additional site visit, a remobilization fee applies as stated in your agreement, and completed phases remain billable.

Published Rate Card
Every rate below is what the estimator above uses. Volume tiers are applied in steps, so a larger job never costs less in total than a smaller one.
1. Agricultural Crop Health Mapping
$5.00 / acre for the first 160 acres • $4.00 / acre for acres 161–640 • $3.25 / acre beyond 640
Includes the flight, a processed high-resolution orthomosaic, and a plant-health index map. $350 job minimum.
Plant-health maps are produced from visible-light (RGB) imagery. True NDVI and thermal imaging require a specially equipped aircraft and are quoted separately.
2. Earthwork, Volumetrics & Site Mapping
$750 base covers sites up to 20 acres • $30 / acre for acres 21–100 • $15 / acre beyond 100
Includes 2D orthomosaic, 3D model / elevation surface, and stockpile volume report where applicable.
3. Roof, Structure & Tower Inspection
$350 for the first structure • $175 for each additional structure inspected on the same trip
Includes close-range visual imagery and an annotated photo report.
4. Commercial & Real Estate Media
$150 / hour on site, 2-hour minimum ($300)
Includes edited 4K stills and video clips delivered by download link.

Mobilization & airspace authorization: LAANC/airspace checks, mission planning, and travel anywhere in Reno County are built into the rates above.
Data archival: raw imagery and processed outputs are retained on our secure backup system for 3 years after delivery at no extra charge. Extended archival is available on request.
Outside Reno County: travel is quoted separately at the time of booking.
